This course is designed to provide Real Estate Licensees with in-depth knowledge and understanding of the VA Home Loan Guaranty Program as well as the Texas Veterans Housing Assistance Program – the two most commonly used home loan programs for Texas Military veterans. We take licensees through the entire loan process from pre-approval through funding, to see what veterans see and to better understand how to assist military buyers as well as the implications of receiving VA offers on their listings.
