In Texas, a property owner must disclose to the buyer any environmental hazards on the property. This course addresses some of today’s most important concerns. Environmental Issues in the state of Texas are governed by the EPA and Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. Learn the rules and regulations from these agencies to know how it can affect property being conveyed from seller to buyer.
